I was thrilled with the highly private room and stunning view over the gulf of Thailand but very disappointed by the lack of immediate shower availability due to the on-wall aircon temp control screen. Despite this, the hotel's focus on guests truly shone through in their nice, professional, and efficient service.
The hotel offers fabulous rooms that are totally worth the money, but some room sizes could be larger and provided with the same amenities as the bigger ones. While the promised 'Unobstructed Views of the Ocean' weren't entirely true, the overall stay left us in an embarrassing situation as we needed an immediate shower.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was stunning, perfect for watching the sunrise and enjoying beach dinners, yet a bit far from the main town. The rooms were oddly placed on the top with no stairs, lacking pools and not being villas. The service was extremely friendly and engaging, though more on a 3.5-star level despite trying hard to provide a 5-star experience. The dining was average, but the facilities were well-maintained.

The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill guests' wishes, albeit the breakfast service can get chaotic at times. The location feels secluded, perfect for a relaxing holiday, though some villas may lack privacy. The dining experience varies, with some meals exceeding expectations, while others fall below. Overall, the facilities are well-maintained and offer a range of services, ensuring a comfortable stay.
